The SenderID Definitions tab enables you to define the following parameters:
SenderID Definitions
Collect Samples
Path
SenderID Sample Collection Thresholds
You can select which header definitions you wish to apply to define the SenderID. Options include:
SMTP-Auth user, then Sender-IP (default value)
SMTP-Auth user only
SenderIP only
Custom header: [_________________]
You can enable Commtouch’s Outbound Anti-Spam filtering solution to collect sample emails be checking the Collect Samples checkbox. By default, this is disabled. If you enable it, you must also specify the location to which the Commtouch’s Outbound Anti-Spam filtering solution should save the collected samples. This value is saved in the Path field and must be a valid and accessible directory path with authorization to write to the directory.
This option enables you to set the threshold levels for message sample collection. Each time a SenderID crosses the defined spam, suspected spam, or virus threshold, a copy of the message is stored in the specified path.
